There are three superjumps you can do in Vice City. There is the Phil's Place jump, Diving Board jump, and Lighthouse jump. By far, the Phil's Place jump is the easiest. However, they all take some patience to do and will not work for the first time, most likely.
Now, what you'll need to do the Phil's Place superjump:
1) The Hyman Condo
2) Know how to bike morph
3) Know where Phil's Place is (big P on the map)
4) Health cheat

First, bike morph on the roof of the Hyman Condo. I also reccommend saving here as you'll need to reload sometimes. Now, drive to Phil's place and go to this door... it's right around the corner of the entrance. |

Now, drive towards the door continue accelerating into the wall there, until you flip over... |

Good, now you're head should be in the left side, and your wheels in the right door part. If it isn't, drive out and retry, you need to be facing the way shown in the picture. |

Now, back up slowly. Wait until your bike starts to tip forwards, and your front wheel starts to go into the ground. Once your angled down, accelerate slowly. |

Now, a few things can happen. If you're doing it right, he'll start to stretch in the wall... |

...twitch around and then get thrown spinning into the air. However, sometimes you can get stuck in the wall, and nothing happens. You can try and work your bike out but it's probably easier reloading. Also, if you had backed up and got your bike too far into the ground, you may fall threw the ground and end up like this... |

Here's a picture of how you can get your bike stuck in the ground... |
Now, once your spinning in the air, you're going to need to land it. As soon as you take off, put in the health cheat because your bike will be on fire. Land, and check out your rotation! I made just under 10000 rotation the first time . So, goodluck on landing the superjump, it'll take a lot of practice/time! It'll be worth it when you land it though =).
